To place an order for a product on Globe Concept’s online store, you must be at least 18 years old.

Purchase
An agreement for a purchase is made when you receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order and completing payment or after passing an approved credit check in the online store’s checkout.

Reservations
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and product information or in other communications. We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices on all products in our range and to retrospectively correct incorrect pricing without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar. These price adjustments are regulated immediately when we deem it necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders. All promotions apply as long as stock lasts unless otherwise specified in the description.

Sample pieces and images cannot guarantee the exact appearance and quality of the product. Color representation may differ between the image and reality, and for product samples, only the sample can be indicative. Sample pieces of natural materials, especially those with marbling, may vary more or less between different material pieces.

Force Majeure
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where applicable.

Prices
Our prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar. These price adjustments are regulated immediately when we deem it necessary. We also reserve the right to correct incorrect prices due to, for example, “typographical errors.”

Delivery
If you order multiple items with different delivery times at the same time, all items will be shipped together once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

Delivery is always made as soon as possible, which means that delivery may occur outside the approximately estimated delivery time stated on each product page. If you want greater control over the delivery time, for example, if you are not always available, please inform us when placing your order or contact us well in advance of delivery so that we can coordinate with you before the shipment is sent. If you request changes after the shipment has already been sent, there will be a fee for any modifications.

Pick Up Your Items Yourself
You can always choose to pick up your items yourself at our warehouse at Smältgatan 2 Varberg, Sweden. As soon as the items have arrived at our warehouse, we will contact you by phone or email. Item pickup can be done when the store is open; see opening hours here. We provide free trailer rental to all our customers. Contact us to book a trailer for your new furniture!

Delivery Within Sweden
If you have selected the option “Shipping within Sweden” at the time of purchase, smaller and larger shipments will be delivered as follows:

Smaller shipments (less than 150 cm in length, circumference + max 300 cm, and weighing less than 20 kg) will be sent as parcels or letters with DHL and can be collected at the nearest DHL Service Point after receiving notification. The notification will be sent as an SMS to the mobile phone number provided during the order.

Larger shipments will be delivered directly to your home by DHL. The shipment will be delivered to the property boundary or stairwell, provided that the truck can access it. Delivery will be telephoned to the phone number you provided and scheduled, and then delivered to you on weekdays, usually within a few hours within the time period of 8 am to 5 pm. In some locations, the delivery time may be more or less flexible, and you can get more information about this when DHL contacts you. It is also possible to contact us in advance to adjust the delivery time; this must be done before the delivery has been dispatched, otherwise, a modification fee will apply.

Please note that for larger shipments, DHL will charge warehouse rent from the fourth day after you have been notified of the goods. Therefore, it is a good idea to book the delivery as soon as possible, no later than within four days of notification (public holidays are not counted). Otherwise, we will charge you 250-600 SEK per shipment and working day until you receive the goods. The price of 250-600 SEK is determined in accordance with DHL’s price list, based on the freight weight. Very large shipments with a freight weight over 2500 kg are charged 900 SEK or more per shipment and working day.

Uncollected Deliveries
If you choose not to pick up your item at the DHL Service Point or agree on a delivery time with DHL, your shipment will be returned to us as an uncollected delivery. The shipment cost of the uncollected delivery will be charged to you. The cost varies depending on the item’s size and weight but is currently between 800-1500 SEK. Uncollected items are also subject to a deduction for damages to the product and packaging, which is determined when we receive the product. You are responsible for the return cost of the item.

Payment Options
We offer a number of different payment methods in our online store, such as card payment, Klarna invoice, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Invoice Terms
When choosing Klarna invoice or Klarna part payment as your payment method, Klarna will send you the invoice directly to the email address you provided. The invoice must be paid within the time specified by Klarna. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, a reminder fee and late fee will be charged. Klarna’s current fees are stated on their website, and we are not responsible for these fees. The reminder fee is usually around 60-180 SEK, and the late fee is usually around 25-60 SEK. Klarna may also charge interest on late payments, and the interest rate is usually around 24%.

In the case of Klarna invoice or Klarna part payment, we reserve the right to carry out a credit check on the customer. In case of late payment, the claim will be transferred to Klarna, which may result in additional fees and legal measures.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item (right of withdrawal). You must notify us within 14 days of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You must return the item in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is damaged or otherwise deteriorated due to negligence or during transport to us, you are responsible for any decrease in value. To return an item, please contact our customer service.

In connection with a return, we reserve the right to charge a return fee, which is deducted from the refund. The return fee is currently 500 SEK for items weighing less than 30 kg and 1000 SEK for items weighing more than 30 kg. For lighting products, the return fee is 300 SEK. If the item is packaged in such a way that it cannot be returned via DHL, you are responsible for the return cost. If the item is more than 30 kg, we can help you find a shipping solution, but you are responsible for the return cost.

Warranty
All items from Globe Concept are covered by a warranty of 2 years unless otherwise specified. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear or damage caused by normal use.

If a defect is detected, please contact our customer service. Depending on the type of defect, you may be offered repair, replacement, or refund.

Liability for Errors
We do not take responsibility for errors in our online store, for example, if the price of an item is incorrect or if the item is no longer available. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time.

Security
We use industry-standard security technology to ensure that your information is secure when you shop with us online. However, please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we strive to follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and similar dispute resolution bodies. Please contact our customer service if you have any complaints or disputes.

Governing Law
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions, and any dispute will be settled by the Swedish public courts.
